Interactive Flatbacks 2013 - Present
Interactive Flatbacks are a series of QR enabled replicas of Staffordshire flatbacks which originally date from the latter half of the 19th Century. These flatbacks are QR coded enabling the viewer to access digital content that relates to the physical artefact. The digital content deals with contemporaneous issues and is sporadically updated enabling the viewer to have iterative experiences of the object. These flatbacks have been exhibited in a number of shows and galleries including:
